Black Veil Brides Launch Apocalyptic New Video
Last week's Armageddon might have been canceled, but that didn't stop gothic glam-rockers Black Veil Brides from unleashing hell on earth in their latest project. Their latest music video accompanies "Fallen Angels," the first single from their upcoming album Set the World on Fire – and among all the meteors, explosions and earthquakes, the band managed to squeeze in some groovy tributes to their influences, from KISS to '80s glam-metal. Watch the clip on the flip!
The visuals for fist-pumping rock anthem "Fallen Angels" were handled by director Nathan "Karma" Cox, whose credits include videos for Marilyn Manson, DevilDriver, HIM, Disturbed and Lacuna Coil. The dude obviously loves fire and explosions, and doesn't hold back on the pyro – which is appropriate, given the album's title and their KISS-like presentation. Plus the band is thinking big for their follow-up to last year's hit record We Stitch These Wounds, so the concept fits right in.
"Everything is bigger," says frontman Andy Biersack on the band's official site. "More songs, more vocals, more melodies... and it all came naturally; it's not an attempt to try to outdo our first record, but we wanted to show how we had naturally grown as a band and as songwriters."
Set the World on Fire drops June 14th, but in the meantime, dig the explosive clip below...
